Hostal La Buena Mesa SANTA CLARA, located in the best area of the city
The area is quiet, our street is a main avenue that connects the “Ernesto Ché Guevara” Sculpture Complex with the Leoncio Vidal park, where we are at the midpoint between these reference points. Right in front we have a grocery store and toilet: “TRD El ARCO ROJO” and when you turn around you will find the inter-municipal bus terminal.
Very old building, from 1920. Completely restored (although it retains original beams and load-bearing walls). Modern house, made of plate, masonry and granite floors, with sui generis architecture, since it has a viewpoint on a third level, supported between the staircase and an aerial, and a small pool on a second level.
It has a constructed area of almost 200 m2, which includes three terraces, one on each level, the first shaded by lush fruit trees.The reform was carried out without sparing costs, in 2013 and was later expanded in 2017.
