The area is quiet, our street is a main avenue that connects the “Ernesto Ché Guevara” Sculpture Complex with the Leoncio Vidal park, where we are at the midpoint between these reference points. Right in front we have a grocery store and toilet: “TRD El ARCO ROJO” and when you turn around you will find the inter-municipal bus terminal. Very old building, from 1920 . Completely restored (although it retains original beams and load-bearing walls). Modern house, made of plate, masonry and granite floors, with sui generis architecture, since it has a viewpoint on a third level, supported between the staircase and an aerial, and a small pool on a second level.
